Electrical safety protection
1. Grounding protection: The welding machine should be placed indoors and should have reliable grounding or zero connection.

3. Overload protection: It has an overload protection function. When the equipment load exceeds the rated value, the power supply is automatically cut off.
Operation safety protection
1. Emergency stop function: It is equipped with an emergency stop button. Once an emergency occurs, the operator can quickly press the button to stop the welding process immediately.
2. Automatic detection and alarm: It has the function of automatically detecting open and short circuit faults of the welding circuit, temperature sensor faults, etc., and can send out an alarm signal when an abnormality is detected.
3. Operation error prompt: It can automatically detect operation errors and prompt through the screen to avoid safety accidents caused by misoperation.

8. High temperature weather protection: When the temperature exceeds 30℃ and the electrofusion pipe welding occurs with grouting, the subsequent welding time should be reduced by 10%.
9. Power cord requirements: The socket line of the welding machine is more than 4 square meters, and the power cord of at least 6 square meters is required for a length of more than 50 meters.
10. Pressure test protection: In high temperature weather, the pressure test work should be arranged as early as possible in the morning and evening. After the pipeline to be tested is installed, the pipe body should be covered with soil to expose the connection for observation, so as to reduce the tensile damage to the pipes and fittings caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
