1. Weld quality problems:

2. Porosity, slag inclusion and other defects in the weld: It may be caused by insufficient welding current, insufficient shielding gas, incomplete weld cleaning, etc. The solution is to increase the welding current to ensure sufficient current. Check and adjust the shielding gas system to ensure that the gas is stable and sufficient. Clean the weld surface thoroughly before welding to remove oxide scale, oil stains, etc.
3. Welding machine power supply failure:
