PE butt welding machine operating procedures

1. Preparation: Check the equipment and its workpieces to ensure that they operate normally and meet the requirements; check whether the site environment is clean and tidy and whether there are windproof measures; check whether there are flammable items on site and take corresponding measures; prepare necessary tools and spare parts, such as hot melt base material, hot melt welding rod, etc.
2. Install welding workpieces: Before installing the pipeline, the inner and outer walls of the interface need to be wiped clean; according to the needs, select the correct hot melt base material and hot melt welding rod, and install them correctly; ensure that the welding workpiece is intact and there must be no moisture and impurities, etc., otherwise it will affect the welding quality.
3. Welding preparation: Turn on the PE hot melt butt welding machine, heat it to the specified temperature, and reach the temperature required for hot melting; ensure that the voltage of the PE hot melt butt welding machine is appropriate and whether it remains stable within the appropriate temperature range.
