Structural characteristics of fully automatic welding machine

1. Mechanical device
The spot welding machine system is composed of mechanical device, power supply device and control device. In order to meet the requirements of welding process, the pressurizing mechanism (welding tongs) adopts a double stroke fast pneumatic transmission mechanism. The opening of welding tongs can be changed by switching the stroke control handle, which can be divided into large opening and small opening to meet the requirements of welding operation. Normally, the welding tongs are opened in a short stroke. When the control button is switched to the "power on" position, the welding tongs will be clamped and pressurized by pulling the handle switch. At the same time, the current will return to the short stroke open state after completing a welding cycle under the control of the control system.
2. Power supply device
The main power circuit is composed of resistance welding transformer, silicon controlled unit, main power switch, welding circuit, etc. The welding equipment used is a single-phase power frequency AC resistance welding machine with a power of 200kVA and a secondary output voltage of 20V. Since multiple models are produced in the same line, the welding tongs need to weld high-strength steel plates and low-carbon steel sheets, and the arm of the welding tongs needs to transmit large mechanical force and welding current, so the strength, stiffness and heat of the welding tongs must meet certain requirements, and they must have good conductivity and heat conductivity. At the same time, the welding tongs are required to be cooled with water, so a new type of welding tongs with the electrode arm of the welding tongs capable of withstanding 400kg of pressure is selected.
3. Control device
The control device mainly provides signals to control the resistance welding machine to switch on and off the welding current, control the welding current value, and conduct fault monitoring and treatment.
