Common problem: casting of induction coil and electrode.
Whether it is an induction coil or an electrode, sometimes it will be instantly heated by a strong current. If the high-frequency current output is not turned off in time, it will be burnt and open circuit phenomenon, causing other electrical accidents.
First, water cooling. The red-melting phenomenon of the induction coil and electrode has a great relationship with the water cooling effect. When an exposed hole appears in a certain part of the induction coil, the cooling water will be diverted, so that the induction coil cannot be effectively cooled in time during work, and will be burnt and melted.
Second, poor contact will lead to poor electrical conduction in the circuit, localized large currents, rapid heating, and redness.
