1. When wire feeding is unstable, stop immediately and continue welding after processing;
2. When overhead welding, the welding gun cable should be straightened and the twisting of the welding gun should be dealt with promptly;
3. Strengthen welder responsibility education, stop welding immediately if problems are found, and deal with them in a timely manner. If you are unsure, always consult someone with experience;
4. Make sure the ground wire is in good contact;
5. Weld the windproof shed and take windproof measures;
6. Ensure that the generator network voltage is within the normal range;
7. Do not block the air duct of the welding machine;
8. Check the protective gas circuit and gas meter for leaks at any time;
9. After welding is completed every day, be sure to clean the spatter, iron filings and dust on the welding trolley and wire feeder;
10. Each windproof shed should be equipped with an air compressor as much as possible to clean the iron filings and dust in the welding equipment and windproof shed to provide a good working environment for welders;
11. Before moving to the next welding joint, the power of the welding machine needs to be cut off before moving;
12. Untrained welders are not allowed to work;
13. It is strictly prohibited for non-professionals to open the casing and repair the welding equipment.
