PE pipe welding machine precautions

1. Operation safety:
Operators must wear protective gloves, non-slip shoes, safety helmets and protective glasses.
Avoid contact with the heating plate and welding joints to prevent burns.
2. Welding parameters:
Adjust the welding parameters strictly according to the pipe specifications and ambient temperature.
Avoid welding temperatures that are too high or too low to avoid affecting the welding quality.
3. Environmental factors:
When welding in cold climates (below -5°C) or in windy environments, protective measures must be taken, such as building a protective shed.
Ensure that the welding area is well ventilated to avoid the accumulation of harmful gases.
4. Pipe alignment:
Ensure that the end faces of the pipes are flat and centered, and the misalignment does not exceed 10% of the pipe wall thickness.
