1. Fully automatic electrofusion welding machine is more suitable for welding various plastic pipes and fittings in new construction and reconstruction projects. Under normal circumstances, operators need to pass professional technical training before they can operate the equipment.
2. Only the fully automatic electric welding machine that has been maintained, inspected and calibrated can be used. When using it, remember to wear heat-resistant gloves and wear eye protection equipment. Pay attention to the surrounding conditions of the operation to avoid damage to the equipment.
3. The power supply connected to the automatic electric welding machine must meet a requirement of the equipment. After confirming that the cable and power supply meet the equipment requirements, it can be energized for official use.
4. Electrofusion pipe fittings can only be unpacked when working. Before electrofusion, a special scraper should be used to properly scrape the surface. The tail of the pipe should be cut into a right angle with a pipe cutter, and then fixed. Improper use will cause welding failure.
