1. Regular inspection: Regularly check the power cord, ground wire and output connector of the welding machine to ensure that the connection is firm and undamaged to avoid electric shock accidents and circuit failures.
2. Cleaning and maintenance: Keep the welding machine clean, especially the heating plate and power output connector, to ensure good conductivity and heating efficiency. Use wooden tools to remove polyethylene residues on the heating plate, and use alcohol to clean oil and grease.
3. Voltage matching: Ensure that the voltage connected to the welding machine meets the equipment requirements to avoid voltage mismatch and equipment damage.
4. Temperature control: Correctly set parameters such as heat absorption, cooling time and heating plate temperature to ensure uniform welding temperature.
5. Welding surface cleaning: Clean and dry the welding surface before welding to remove the oxide layer and impurities to improve welding quality.
