1) Quality control measures before welding.

Before welding, quality control work needs to be done, which can improve the quality of work. First of all, for welding operators, it is necessary to strictly control their professional quality and skills, and they are required to have welding qualification certificates. At the same time, it is necessary to formulate a sound quality management plan, and build a high-quality talent team according to its actual development needs, so as to improve the construction quality. For welding raw materials, it is necessary to meet the relevant national quality requirements. Secondly, in the process of selecting welding equipment, it is necessary to actively apply a fully automatic electric welding machine, so that it has the functions of automatic compensation, automatic heating and pressure, automatic display of welding data information, automatic inspection, automatic detection, automatic alarm and other functions. 2) Quality control measures during the welding process.

In actual welding work, it is necessary to do a good job in quality management, reduce misoperation and other phenomena, and gradually optimize its work system. First, the temperature of the welding machine needs to be controlled at about 210°C to facilitate the welding process. In addition, in strong wind or rainy and snowy weather, it is not conducive to carry out welding work and avoid the phenomenon that the temperature is too low. Second, construction technicians need to operate in strict accordance with relevant regulations to ensure the accuracy of work data and information. Third, the forming margin of the fixture should be controlled to more than 21mm, and the operating speed and temperature should be scientifically controlled to avoid the problem of welding defects. Fourth, the welding seam needs to be cooled under steady pressure (natural air cooling), it cannot be moved, and pressure cannot be added. Fifth, during the welding work, it is necessary to ensure that the surface of the heating plate is always in a clean state.


3) Quality control measures after welding.

After the welding work is completed, the construction company needs to inspect all the appearance of the welding part, and use the cutting inspection method (the incision sampling inspection reaches 5%) to find out the problems in the welding work in time. At the same time, technicians need to carry out pressure resistance tests, etc., to combine random inspections with comprehensive inspections. For example, in the random inspection of tensile capacity determination, once a quality problem is found, a comprehensive inspection method should be used to determine whether all welding parts exist. problem.
