2. Reel and its speed control and adjustment system. For wire feeders with higher precision of wire feeding speed control, the control circuit should increase the speed feedback.
3. The welding head uses its moving mechanism. It is composed of welding head, welding head support frame, suspension sliding and so on. It is based on a precision welding head mechanism, and its drive system should use a servo motor equipped with an encoder.
4. Welding motion or displacement mechanism. Such as welding roller frames, head and tail frame lathes, turntables and positioners, etc., the precise moving sliding mechanism should be driven by a servo motor.

Also known as the system controller, it is mainly used to control the arms of each component, control the welding process, set, adjust and display the most important welding parameters. When necessary, control functions such as fault diagnosis and man-machine dialogue can be expanded.
7. Computer software. Commonly used software welding equipment includes programming software, functional software, processing method software and expert systems.
8. Welding head guidance or tracking mechanism. Automatic arc regulator, welding torch yaw and monitoring system.
9. Auxiliary equipment. Such as wire feeding system, circulating water cooling system, magnetic flux collecting and conveying device, welding wire support, cable duct.
