1. Check the function of the equipment
Make sure that the welding machine has a temperature compensation function. Many modern welding machines (such as Zhengwei Electric Electric Fusion Welding Machine) are equipped with ambient temperature detection and automatic compensation functions.
2. Connect the equipment
Connect the welding machine to the power supply and ensure that the equipment is in normal working condition.
Connect the resistive load (if necessary).
3. Enter the ambient temperature
Turn on the power, operate the welding machine, and record the current ambient temperature t.
If the equipment has an automatic temperature detection function, the equipment will automatically read the current ambient temperature and display it on the operation interface.
4. Scan the pipe barcode
Use the welding machine to scan the barcode of the electric fusion pipe fitting to obtain the setting parameters of the pipe fitting, such as the welding time and temperature compensation coefficient.
These parameters are usually stored in the barcode of the pipe fitting, and the welding machine will automatically read and apply these parameters.
5. Start the welding program
Start the welding program, and the welding machine will automatically adjust the welding time and temperature according to the read parameters.
The welding machine will monitor the ambient temperature in real time during the welding process and automatically adjust the welding parameters according to the temperature compensation coefficient.
6. Record data
Record the actual welding time, temperature compensation coefficient and other parameters for subsequent analysis and traceability.
7. Check welding quality
After welding is completed, check the quality of the welded parts to ensure that the weld is firm and defect-free.
