Selection and Matching: The diameter of the welding wire must match the inner diameter of the contact nozzle; a slightly smaller inner diameter results in greater durability.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean with compressed air weekly and remove steel filings monthly using a magnetic cleaner.
Replacement Cycle: Replace the nozzle every 500 meters of welding wire. Replace immediately if the inner diameter increases by more than 0.5mm.
2. Gas Nozzle
Shape Selection: Use a tapered nozzle to reduce heat entry when welding short-stretch welds.
Cleaning Method: Use machine milling for carbon steel/stainless steel and a magnetic cleaner for aluminum.
Replacement Cycle: Clean spatter monthly and replace when clogged or deformed.
3. Wire Guide Tube
Material Selection: Composite tubing is more durable.
Replacement Cycle: Check the inner diameter every 6 months and replace when severely worn.
II. Maintenance Cycle and Operation

Check the cooling system water level and temperature, ensuring the water temperature is between 30-50℃.
