Full Automatic Welded Pipe Machine weld inspection

1. Appearance inspection
The weld surface should be flat and smooth, without defects such as cracks, pores, slag inclusions, and unfused welds. The weld excess height and width should meet the design requirements.
2. Nondestructive testing
Perform radiographic or ultrasonic testing on the weld to detect whether there are defects inside the weld. The flaw detection ratio and acceptance criteria should comply with relevant specifications and technical requirements.
3. Mechanical properties test
Take samples from the weld joint and conduct mechanical properties tests such as tensile, bending, and impact. The test results should meet the use requirements of the pipe.
