1. Cleaning work
After work every day, clean the dust, oil and metal debris on the surface of the equipment.
Regularly clean the areas where welding slag accumulates, such as welding areas, fixtures, etc.
2. Lubrication and maintenance
According to the requirements of the equipment manual, regularly add appropriate amount of lubricating oil or grease to the transmission parts, slide rails, lead screws, etc. to ensure smooth operation of the moving parts.
3. Electrical system inspection
Check the wires and cables for damage and aging every day.
Clean the dust in the electrical control cabinet regularly and check whether the terminal blocks are loose.
4. Welding parts maintenance
Regularly check the wear of welding parts such as welding guns and electrodes, and replace the parts with severe wear in time.
Keep the welding parts clean to avoid the accumulation of oxides and impurities.
5. Mechanical parts tightening
Regularly check the fastening screws and connectors of the equipment to ensure that they are in a tight state to prevent precision errors and operating failures caused by looseness.
6. Mold and fixture inspection
Check the wear and deformation of the mold and fixture, and repair or replace them in time if there are any problems.
Ensure that the mold and fixture are firmly installed and accurately positioned.
7. Cooling system maintenance
Check whether the water path of the cooling system is unobstructed and whether there is any water leakage.
Replace the coolant regularly to ensure the cooling effect.
8. Regular calibration and precision testing
According to a certain period, use professional tools to calibrate and test the welding parameters, dimensional accuracy, etc. of the equipment to ensure the working accuracy of the equipment.
9. Equipment operation inspection
Before the equipment is operated, perform a simple test run to check whether each component is working normally and whether there is any abnormal sound and vibration.
10. Record maintenance status
Establish a maintenance record file to record the content, time and problems found in each maintenance in detail for subsequent reference and analysis.
