Butt fusion welding machine
Hot-melt butt welding machine is a special welding equipment that uses hot-melt butt welding technology to weld thermoplastic pipe fittings. The welding frame of the fusion butt welding machine is separated from the operating system. The whole machine (automatic type, hydraulic semi-automatic type) is composed of hydraulic operating console, welding frame and fixture, electric heating plate, electric milling cutter and other parts. The manual type has no hydraulic system. The welding frame is made of high-strength aluminum alloy material, which is firm in structure, lightweight and durable. The welding frame adopts the compression structure of the ferrule mica sheet, the positioning of the pipe is accurate, and the amount of misalignment is easy to adjust.
