1. Personal protection measures
Wear protective equipment: Operators must wear protective gloves, non-slip shoes, safety helmets, protective glasses and other personal protective equipment to prevent accidents such as burns, electric shocks and crushing injuries.
Health examination: Operators must undergo a physical examination. Personnel who are not suitable for high-altitude operations such as hypertension, heart disease, epilepsy, etc. are not allowed to engage in related operations.
2. Equipment inspection and maintenance
Equipment inspection: Before operation, it is necessary to check whether the electrical equipment of the welding machine is intact and whether the leakage protection switch is sensitive and reliable to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Site cleaning: The operation site should be effectively maintained, warning signs should be set up, and irrelevant personnel should be cleared.
Regular maintenance: Regularly check the key components of the welding machine such as the heating plate, milling cutter, hydraulic system, etc. to ensure that the equipment is in good condition.
3. Safety precautions during operation
Pipe fixing: After the pipe is fixed, before starting the milling cutter, the operator should leave the rotating part to avoid accidents.
Heating plate management: After the heating plate pops out, it should be taken out by a dedicated person and placed in a safe position to prevent burns.
Welding parameter setting: When welding steel-plastic joints, flanges and valves, the optimal welding parameters should be set according to pipes of different materials, calibers and SDRs.
Emergency handling: If an emergency failure occurs during welding, press the emergency stop button on the operation panel.
4. Working environment safety
Cleaning up flammable items: Inflammable and explosive items should be cleaned up at the work site to ensure the safety of the surrounding environment.
Protection for high-altitude work: When working at heights, longitudinal and transverse sweeping rods must be set to ensure that the scaffolding is stable.
Cable protection: When working on the construction site, protective measures should be taken for passing cables to prevent damage to the cables.
5. Safety measures after the completion of the operation
Cleaning up the site: After the operation is completed, the site should be cleaned and the power box should be turned off.
Equipment maintenance: Clean and maintain the equipment regularly to ensure that the equipment is in good condition.
