3. The hydraulic station motor rotates but the hydraulic push rod does not move
Reason: Insufficient hydraulic oil in the hydraulic station; The connection between the hydraulic station and the frame is not well connected; The hydraulic sensor is damaged.
Solution: Check the hydraulic oil level and add hydraulic oil; Check and ensure that the hydraulic station is firmly connected to the frame; Check and replace the hydraulic sensor.
4. Welding interface quality problems
Reasons: Using a semi-automatic welder and not welding according to the specified welding parameters; Fully automatic welder with unqualified welding performance; Pipe performance does not match welding parameters; Using mismatched pipes for welding; Construction personnel working under humid and other bad weather conditions; Not using the specified hot melt clamps and roller brackets during welding; Welding machine operators have not received professional training.

5. Electric fusion connection quality problems
Reasons: When the electric fusion sleeve pipe fittings connect the two ends of the PE pipe, no special fixing clamp is used; The electric fusion sleeve pipe fittings and PE pipes are not from the same manufacturer; The oxide layer is not scraped off; The connector is moved during the fusion process and cooling time; The cooling process is not carried out in a natural state; The length of the pipe inserted into the electric fusion pipe fitting is insufficient.
Solution: Use a special fixture; ensure that the electric fusion sleeve pipe fittings match the PE pipe; scrape off the oxide layer; avoid moving the connector during the fusion process and cooling time; cool naturally; ensure that the pipe is inserted into the electric fusion pipe fittings for a sufficient length.
6. Overcurrent, smoke, spraying and even fire during welding
Reason: The pipe is exposed to the sun and the welding time is not properly adjusted; during constant pressure welding, the pipe is not inserted into the required position of the pipe fitting, or the pipe fitting is too loose; the welder is faulty and the output power is unstable.
Solution: Adjust the welding time according to the ambient temperature; observe the current change of the electric fusion welding machine during welding, and stop welding immediately if the current rises; check and calibrate the welder.
7. The hydraulic milling cutter does not turn
Reason: The hydraulic frame is clamped too tightly; the milling cutter motor is burned out.
Solution: Check the clamping of the hydraulic frame and loosen it appropriately; replace the milling cutter motor.
