1. Prepare the electric fusion welding machine and the PE pipes and fittings that need to be welded.
2. Remove the oxide layer on the insertion end of the PE pipe and then insert it into the electrofusion pipe fitting. It is better to insert the pipe fittings easily. Do not force the pipes to be inserted into the pipe fittings. The pipe fittings are inserted too tightly during welding because the expansion of the PE material after heating can easily cause the displacement of the electric heating, thus changing the heating generation. Temperature changes can easily cause local heating temperatures to be too high, causing welding smoke and other failures. In special cases, if the pipe is not inserted into the pipe fitting in a straight line, that is to say, the pipe and the pipe fitting are not coaxial, in this case, a special linear device is required to fix the pipe and pipe fitting to reduce the stress of the pipe penetrating into the pipe fitting.
3. When ready, insert the output electrode of the electric fusion welder into the electrode post of the pipe fitting.
4. Start the electrofusion welding machine, scan the barcode or enter the required voltage and time parameters to start welding.
5. After the welding countdown ends, the output cable can be removed without affecting the cooling and welding of the pipe, and preparation for the next welding begins.
