Safe operation of automatic welding machines
1. Before work, remove the oil from the upper and lower electrodes. After electrification, the shell of the body should have no leakage.
2. Before starting, turn on the steering switch of the control circuit and the small switch of the welding current, adjust the number of poles, and connect the water, gas and power.
3. After power on, check the electrical equipment, operating mechanism, cooling system, gas system and body shell for leakage.
4. When working, the gas path and water cooling system should be unblocked.
The automatic welding machine is repaired once a year and maintained every three months.
1. Fully clean the automatic welding machine, check and adjust, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, and replace or repair worn and deformed parts in time to eliminate deformation.
2. Check and clean the lubricating parts of the automatic welding machine, replace the lubricating oil, and clean the filter.
3. The repaired and maintained equipment should meet the standard of perfect equipment.
