Precautions when using Electrofusion welding machine

Aug 12, 2021

Precautions:

1. Electrofusion welding machine is strictly prohibited to connect to 380V power supply, otherwise the equipment will be burnt down! Remember! ! !

2. Before the Electrofusion welding machine is energized, make sure that the electrodes of the power plug and the power socket are in a one-to-one correspondence, especially the position of the grounding wire must not be mistaken! If the position of the ground wire is wrong, an electric shock may occur! ! !

3. Regardless of the state of programmed welding or manual welding, when the equipment is energized and in an emergency, you can press the "return" button or cut off the power switch for emergency shutdown.

4. Before energizing work, make sure that the operating power supply voltage is within the approved range, otherwise the equipment will appear at the time of welding: input voltage is low or input voltage is high, and the operation is rejected.

5. When the equipment has a fault display or other abnormal display, you should first cut off the power supply to find out the cause and then power on to work.

6. This equipment is controlled by a microcomputer. During use and transportation, please pay attention to waterproof, moisture-proof and shock-proof.

7. It is forbidden to plug and unplug the output feeder when the equipment is powered on, otherwise it is easy to produce an electric arc and damage the plug.

8. The output feeder line of the equipment has a higher voltage when it is energized and spliced. Be careful not to get an electric shock during the operation.

9. Before powering on, make sure that the output feeder is in good contact with the pipe fittings.

Failure analysis:

1. Output disconnection: the pipe fittings are not connected well or damaged, the main circuit of the strong current is disconnected, and the parts that may be faulty (transformer, thyristor controller, main board) need to be returned to the factory for repair.

2. Output short circuit: The resistance of the pipe fitting is too small or there is a phenomenon of parallel wire inside.

3. Low input voltage or high input voltage: the input grid voltage is not between AC180V-AC240V.

4. During the operation of the equipment, the outlet circuit breaker is actively disconnected or the fuse is fused to prevent re-closing operations, prevent the expansion of the fault or the risk of electric shock, and send it to the manufacturer for repair as soon as possible.
