1. The operator should master the functions of the components in the operation cabinet and the instrument cabinet and how to use the operation components.
2. Operators should be familiar with equipment such as transformers and electro-jitters, and be familiar with the power transmission and power-off operations and maintenance of corresponding equipment.
3. Operate the electrofusion system correctly, .. the safety of personnel and equipment and normal production.
4. Operators should understand their scope of work, inspect the circulating water system every hour, and deal with problems when they are found, and carefully record them in daily reports.
5. When there is water in the water jacket but the water pressure is insufficient to alarm, the circulating water operator should be notified immediately for emergency maintenance; if the water jacket is found to be broken, countermeasures should be taken immediately, such as using tap water, etc., and then notify the person in charge of the company and make relevant Record.
6. If there is a notice of the water cut-off time before the water cut-off, the water inlet valve should be closed before the water cut-off. The water jacket should absolutely prevent water from coming in suddenly after the water is cut off, and the water inlet valve is in the "fully open" or "basically open" position.
7. When the water jacket is cut off and the water comes back, the correct operation is as follows: close the water inlet valve of each water jacket, open the valve quickly and then close it immediately. At this time, water vapor will be discharged from the outlet of the water jacket, and the operation is repeated until the water vapor is completely discharged. Because the high hardness of tap water is not suitable for long-term use, tap water should only be used for short-term emergencies.
8. In case of fire, electrical flashover, red and smoked terminals, or abnormality of electrofusion equipment, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and the electrical maintenance personnel should be notified immediately, and then the accident record should be recorded.
9. If a person has an electric shock accident, he should immediately use the emergency power-off button to turn off the electric furnace, then give first aid treatment, and make relevant records.
10. Before normal operation, check whether the induction regulator of the main motor is at zero, whether the zero indicator light is on, and the start motor plus the power knob should be at zero.
11. The electrical system of the electric furnace cannot be repaired when one or two systems are stopped. Only professional technicians can do such repairs, and regard this repair as "live operation" and make full preparations in advance.
