1. During the pipeline construction process, the construction quality should be controlled at three levels: A, B, and C according to relevant regulations. Only after this process has been inspected and signed and confirmed can the next process be carried out.
2. The appearance inspection of pipeline welds should comply with the specification requirements.
3. For the butt welds of pipelines in each section, the non-destructive inspection spot inspection ratio and qualification level should comply with the design regulations and construction acceptance specifications.
4. The fixed welding joints for sampling inspection should be randomly determined by the quality inspector based on the conditions of the welder and the site.
5. Sampling inspection of welding joints of the same pipeline. If there are any unqualified ones, the inspection should be doubled according to the number of unqualified welders. If there are still unqualified ones, all the welding joints should be inspected.
6. The number of repairs on the same part of an unqualified weld shall not exceed three times for carbon steel and two times for stainless steel.
7. The welds of pressure pipelines should have traceable records, and the weld position, weld number, welder code, non-destructive testing method, non-destructive testing position, weld repair position, etc. should be marked on the single-line diagram.
