Before using the butt welding machine, check that the rated voltage and power supply voltage winding are consistent (380v or 380v), and check that the terminal connection is correct. If it is the first time to put into operation or stop using the light butt welding machine for a long time, you should use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of the winding and the common Ω should not be less than 0.5 meters before use.
The working place of the butt welding machine should be kept dry and ventilated. Move the welding machine and cut off the power supply. Do not use the method of dragging the cable to move the welding machine and other welding. If the power is suddenly cut off, the power supply should be cut off.
The shell of the butt welding machine must be grounded, use a wire to connect to the main ground and continue to isolate it. Multiple connections with the grounding device, and the parallel method of welding machine series is prohibited. When the welding operation is not over, it is not necessary to remove the ground wire arbitrarily.
The butt welding machine cannot work in high humidity (above 90% relative humidity), high temperature (over 40°C), and without ventilation, and keep away from flammable and explosive materials. The welding machine should be placed stably, and severe vibration and impact should be avoided to prevent damage to the performance of the reactor and make the welding machine unable to work normally. Welders should be kept clean and dry, and low-pressure dry compressed air should be cleaned regularly.
