1. Functional test
According to the normal operation process, perform welding operations with different parameter settings for many times, and observe whether the welding results meet expectations, such as whether the welding quality is good, whether the welding time and current are stable, etc.
2. Operation status monitoring
During the operation of the equipment, closely observe the various parameters on its display screen, such as voltage, current, temperature, etc., whether they fluctuate within the normal range, and whether there are any abnormal alarm prompts.
3. Sound and vibration inspection
Listen to the sound of the equipment when it is running. Under normal circumstances, it should be smooth and uniform, without abnormal noise or noise. At the same time, feel whether the equipment has abnormal vibration.
4. Appearance inspection
Check whether the equipment casing, connecting wires, plugs and other parts are overheated, smoked, odorous, etc.
5. Long-term operation test
Let the Electrofusion welding machine work continuously for a period of time, observe whether its performance is stable, and whether it will fail again after running for a period of time.
6. Comparison test
If there are multiple normal Electrofusion welding machines of the same model, the repaired equipment can be compared with the normal equipment to check whether the performance indicators are consistent.
7. Professional testing tools
Use professional electrical testing tools, such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, etc., to accurately measure and analyze the output waveform and power of the equipment to determine whether it meets normal standards.
