Connect the wires according to the operation requirements of the Electrofusion welding machine, and set the correct welding parameters of the Electrofusion welding machine. Manual or active input methods can be used.
After the inspection is correct, start the Electrofusion welding machine and enter the welding process. When the welding time is reached, the machine will automatically enter the cooling state.
When the tube is completely cooled, the Electrofusion welding machine is removed.
Cut the pipe with a plastic pipe cutter or a fine-toothed saw with a cutting guide, and make the end face perpendicular to the pipe axis. Use a knife to remove the burrs on the inner edge, scrape the welded area on the pipe or spigot end, and clean up the welded area.
Special fixtures should be used to fix the components to be connected as much as possible. The roundness of the pipe should not exceed 1.5% of the outer diameter of the pipe, otherwise it should be calibrated on the corresponding fixture.
There should be a suitable gap between the pipe and the pipe fitting. Generally, it is advisable to pierce with a small force. Too large or too small gap will affect the quality of the interface.
To check the penetration depth, slide the socket fitting into the C] end and position correctly.
