1. Product components: 1. Electric melting belt 2. PE glue stick (need to be purchased and used)
2. Construction tools and accessories: electric heat fusion welding machine, stainless steel buckle, U-shaped clamp, woolen buckle, rubber hammer, edge gloves, wire, surface thermometer.
3. Operating procedure:
1. Pad the two pipes to be constructed off the ground and align them horizontally.
2. Soil, water and other sundries stuck on the surface of the pipe.
3. Cover the connecting part of the pipe with the wool buckle and wrap it tightly. The end with the terminal is placed on the lower layer of the lap. Make sure that the pipe seam is in the middle of the electric heating belt.
4. Wrap the stainless steel buckle on the electric heating belt and buckle it with U-shaped clamps, insert the PE glue stick into the seam where the electric heating belt overlaps, tighten the stainless steel buckle, so that the electric heating belt is tightly attached to the pipe on the wall.
5. Connect the power supply of the electric heat fusion welding machine to the electric heat fusion belt, start the electric heat fusion welding machine after setting the heating time, and carefully adjust the heating current. The current setting value of the 380V electric heat fusion welding machine and the 220V electric heat fusion welding machine are larger difference. During the heating process, the electric hot-melt belt can be closely attached to the surface of the pipe by inserting a flat mouth and changing the knife.
6. After the electric heating process is completed (at this time, the temperature of the temperature measuring point on the electric heating belt will reach about 92°C, if the temperature is too low, the heating time should be extended.), turn off the power, and tighten the stainless steel buckle properly again.
7. After the electric melting belt is fully cooled, remove the stainless steel buckle and the construction is completed.
